Sivajeet Chand
Research Associate at TUM
Since July 2024, I have been employed as a Research Associate at the Chair of Software and Systems Engineering (Prof. Alexander Pretschner) at the Technical University of Munich. In my research, I am exploring the potential of Generative AI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), for code migration and modernization. I have a master's degree in Software Engineering and Technology from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. Before joining the chair, I worked as a Data Engineer at Volvo Group. Additionally, I have gained experience as a student engineer at Volvo Cars, Good Solutions, and APTIV. Outside of work, I enjoy sports such as cricket and volleyball. May 2024: Our poster on Automated Requirements review got accepted to RE'24.
March 2024: Received an offer to do a PhD under Prof. Alexander Pretschner at Technical University of Munich.
Dec 2023: Our paper on Design Pattern Understanding and use in Automotive got published in PROFES'23.
Dec 2023: Our paper on Comparing AST-based to word-based models for design pattern recognition tasks got published in PROMISE'23.
